The provision of employee benefits and the costs and risks associated with such provision has fast become an important consideration for both HR and Finance Directors around the world. This is no less of an issue in India. Whether it be accounting for employee benefits, the design of benefit schemes or the importance of employee benefits in M&A situations, company directors need to ensure they have sufficient knowledge and awareness.

This educative half-day seminar jointly organized by ASSOCHAM and Watson Wyatt, is designed to provide a hands-on guidance in understanding the employee benefits scene in India and how this is changing on 17th April 2008 at 9.30 a.m. at Hotel Leela Kempinski, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai.
