Mr R Kannan is the founder promoter of AssessPeople (formerly Careersindia) and brings with him over 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management and over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience. His areas of expertise include Human Resource Management,
Quantitative Approach to Social Sciences, Organisational Development and psychometric assessments. An alumnus of XLRI (Batch of ’82), he has worked in organisations like Blow Plast, Crompton Greaves, Hindustan Lever and the Murugappa Group in various positions in Human Resources.
Mr Satish is the Head of Service Delivery at AssessPeople (formerly Careersindia). Satish’s areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Use of psychometric tools and instruments, Evaluation, design and construction of tests, Client Service Delivery and Research and Analytics. A Certified Managerial competency Assessment Consultant and Trainer, he is instrumental in the design and construction of all tests at AssessPeople (formerly Careersindia).
