Indian Industry is witnessing unprecedented levels of growth, regardless of size and sector, thanks to the worldwide economic boom and increasing focus on Indian markets. It also brings in the following challenges

How to integrate various improvement initiatives to accelerate the change process?

The senior management team in organizations needs to have a holistic and comprehensive understanding on the various elements facilitating sustainable competitiveness and the interplay amongst them. More importantly, senior managers need to develop the requisite competencies to rise above their functional/ departmental confines and transform themselves as effective business managers.

CII Institute of Quality, a Centre of Excellence promoted by CII, is organizing a four-day workshop to help the senior management team on developing a comprehensive approach to address these challenges

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
The workshop will enable the participants to:
·Gain an appreciation of the different elements facilitating the creation of an excellent organization,

·Get an integrated view of managing businesses for sustainable competitiveness, and

·Develop a roadmap, facilitate implementation and review the strategy and action plans for driving the change.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This workshop is a must for all senior managers viz. Heads of Corporate Planning, Functional Heads, Departmental Heads and TQM/Business Excellence Coordinators, who are leading the change process in their organizations towards achieving sustainable competitiveness. It would be beneficial if two or more senior managers from the same organization attend the workshop to be able to carry forward the improvement activities within the organization.
