Objective : Workplace grievances arise from simple misunderstandings, lack of communication, etc. If grievances are not addressed timely, then they can fester and lead to grave conflicts resulting in loss of productivity, wastage, and strain on industrial relations and incur financial liabilities. Therefore Managers or Supervisors require to gain expertise to deal with any complaints tactfully and promptly manage conflicts constructively bringing tremendous benefits to the Organization following corrective procedures.
