This two day CII Certificate course is aimed at providing food safety professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct an Internal Audit of the newly introduced ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety management systems-Requirements of any organizations in the Food chain)

This interactive two-day Workshop is based on ISO 19011(the principles of quality system auditing) and deals with the audit of ISO 22000 requirements on Food Safety Management System covering HACCP, GHP & GMP. The delegates will gain an understanding of the clauses and would be provided with the auditing skills and techniques including audit planning, executing & reporting audit findings through syndicate exercises and lecture sessions.

The focus of this course is how to evaluate the effectiveness of a Food Safety Management System based on ISO 22000.
