We are pleased to inform you that Quality Council of India as a part of its efforts to promote good quality management practices is organizing a Seminar on “ISO 9001:2008 – Small Changes; Big Opportunities” on May 4, 2009 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
The Speaker is Dr. Nigel H. Croft, a widely known international authority on ISO 9000series of standards. During the seminar, the book on ISO 9001:2008 – Small Changes; Big Opportunities – An Interpretation Guide to ISO 9001:2008 written by Dr Croft and published by QCI will be released, a copy of which will be given to the participants on complimentary basis.
